Notes for Hares and Hosts:
Hash Hare Raiser will normally ensure that the hares for each run are fully aware of what is involved, namely:
(a) Informing Grand Mattress, Webmaster and Hash Scribe about location of start point, end point, and venue for circle.
(b) Inform Hash Dray about where to take the beer.
(c) Setting the trail in accordance with Hash Custom and Traditions.
(d) Providing cheap and cheerful pub grub – Hash Hosts will be reimbursed by The Hash.
(e) Hares & hosts run for Free – no Hash payment on the week that you set the trail.
*Payment
for hosting is made using the following formula: Minimum payment of
seventy Somoni. This covers any run of ten hashers or less. Add five
somoni for each additional hasher over the original ten. Special
expenses may be negotiated for special occasions.
